Glutathione Helps Smokers

It has been estimated that a single puff from a cigarette can contain 1,000,000,000,000,000 free radicals! Epidemiological evidence leaves no reasonable doubt that cigarette smoke is the major causative agent of COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease), with atmospheric pollution as an additional contributory factor. This is truly terrifying for all smokers.

Unfortunately, even when smokers know the dangers of smoking, they don't seem to want to quit smoking. Smoking actually damages the lungs as if they were aging more rapidly than normal. Thankfully, the epithelial cells that line the lower respiratory tract have a protective screen of glutathione to protect against oxidant damage by free radicals. But it is not there for smokers to enjoy smoking but rather as a means of protection from day to day pollution. That's when we need glutathione more. To help our lungs cope with the free radicals that are attacking out lungs as we smoke. And the same goes for non smokers who are regularly exposed to smokers.

Don’t be discouraged about the beating your lungs take every day. You may not be able to control all the pollutants in the air you breathe. But you can protect and preserve your lungs with the mighty antioxidant glutathione! MaxGXL, provides your body with the much needed glutathione to protect your lungs.
